Following Baby Back Home (FBBH) provides home visiting and case management services for families of high-risk infants following their discharge from the NICU. The home visitors work closely with other service providers, such as home health or therapy services, to promote the very best start for the new baby and family.
        
The goals of the program are:

1. To reduce preventable re-hospitalizations
2. Improve adherence to medical appointments and immunizations
3. To provide assistance in identifying local resources to meet the service needs of the baby
4. To build the family’s skills and confidence in providing a safe, nurturing home for their baby

FBBH provides services in four regions of the state of Arkansas – the River Valley, the Northwest, North Central/North East, and Southern regions of the state, with Kids First offices in Morrilton, Lowell, Newport and Pine Bluff.
