Since 2003, the ANGELS program has collaborated with Arkansas physicians, expert authors and out-of-state physician peer reviewers to develop evidence-based obstetrical and neonatal guidelines. These guidelines define best practices that meet the needs of Arkansas’ women and babies for more than 200 high-risk obstetrical, and neonatal conditions. Guidelines are reviewed annually to ensure that the most up-to-date information is provided.
